Only small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs no bigger than 6”x 9” OR clear plastic bags no bigger than 12"x12"x6” will be allowed inside the venue.

All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

It's important to stay hydrated! Factory-sealed, unfrozen water bottles up to one (1) gallon** per person are permitted. Refillable plastic water bottles are permitted.* Water stations are located near the main bathrooms in the east and west plazas and you can refill your bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated!

*These policies are subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations, we'll mention on our social channels when refillable water bottles are not permitted.

**In high heat conditions, up to two (2) gallons of water are permitted per person. Check your email, our social posts, and the Know Before You Go page for specific details about what's allowed at your show.

You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page or our Know Before You Go page for exact timings.

The venue has a variety of delicious food & beverage options available for purchase. Please note that the items and pricing are subject to change from event to event. 

The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to a Guest Services near the gates and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the east and west plazas. For some events, you’ll find extra booths throughout the venue.

The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. NOTE: Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.

There are two main entry gates - West Gate and East Gate. Accessibility Gates are available for use at each entrance regardless of the ticket type. Fast Lanes are located at both entrances and clearly labeled with signage, fans must have a Fast Lane pass to utilize these entry lanes. The VIP Lounge has a separate entry gate located next to the East Box Office. All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket. NOTE: Some shows will only have one entrance gate open. Be sure to check your email, our social posts, and the Know Before You Go page for specific information about your show. 

The lawn is always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes by our box office. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.

If you lose an item while you are at an event, visit one of our Guest Service booths located on the east and west plazas and outside the east and west gates to see if your item has been turned in. Otherwise, please visit our Lost & Found website or contact the venue office at (602) 254-7200.

Signs larger than 8.5" x 11" are not permitted, this is the size of a standard sheet of paper. Signs larger than this are not permitted due to the potential to block other guests' view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.

Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

In the event of an emergency while on site, Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located near the west entrance, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues.

In the event of a weather emergency, we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. Please follow our social media channels for the latest developments on event days.

Smoking is permitted on the lawn and in the plazas. There is no smoking allowed in the seats.

The box office is open on show days only. The West Box Office opens at noon, the East Box Office opens about an hour prior to doors. The box office is cashless and only accepts credit or debit cards. If you'd like to purchase tickets, click HERE.

With mobile entry, your phone is your ticket. Your mobile ticket will be displayed on your phone to gain entry into the venue for your show. Tickets will NOT be emailed or available to print. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here.

All of our events are all ages, unless otherwise stated. Children 1 year old and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.

Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation, guests will be contacted directly via email.

Re-entry is not permitted at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

If you have a large party that will be attending the show, please contact our Premium Seating Department at 602.389.5811. Premium Seating sells access to all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.

Parking lots typically open 30 minutes before the scheduled gate time. Upgrade your parking with Premier Parking or Easy Out Parking! If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or Easy Out Parking. Get your parking upgrades HERE.

Rideshare drop-off is on the west side of the venue through Gate 3. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise. To find your rideshare, head to Palm Lane on the southwest side of the venue.

Are you the responsible fan tonight? Our concessionaire offers a free fountain soda to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party. Please visit the designated driver booth located at our Guest Service booths in the east and west plazas.

No tailgating is allowed at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre. The party starts inside the venue!

The main entrances to Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre are accessible. If you require an accessible entrance, please use the accessible lane designated by signage near the Fast Lane.

All venue restrooms are accessible and located in the east and west plazas.

Accessible tickets can be purchased online via www.talkingstickresortamphitheatre.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through our website. Look for the accessible logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but please be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.

Accessible Parking is located inside Gate 3 & Gate 6 off of Encanto Blvd. Upon arrival on event day, inform parking staff that you need accessible parking and they will direct you to the closest lot. A visible, state-issued plate or placard is required to use an accessible parking spot. Accessible parking is subject to availability and first-come, first-served. To ensure you can park as close as possible, we recommend arriving when the parking lots open.

Sign Language Interpretation
If you will need an interpreter for an event please call 602-254-7200 or email your request to TSRAInfo@livenation.com at least 2 weeks in advance, after you have purchased your tickets, so we can arrange for an interpreter for your show. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at Will Call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. 

Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology in Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™. This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. If you do not wish to use your device, please visit Guest Services to obtain a receiver. A photo ID is required to be held until the device is returned at the end of the event. (Note: There are limited quantities of receivers and they are loaned out on a first come, first served basis.)

1. Download the Listen Everywhere app via the App Store (Apple or Google) 

2. Visit Guest Services in the main lobby for assistance with the tech 

3. Connect to the audio channel in the app

This app will work in any area of the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre!

If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator, please visit a Guest Services booth to make accommodations and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here, please do so in our medical office so we can ensure proper medical disposal.

At Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit. 

Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.

Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.  This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations.  Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations. 

Please contact a member of the guest services team if your service animal needs access to a relief area. You will need to exit the venue and re-enter with the assistance of a member of the guest service team.

First Aid is located near the west gate. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator, please visit a Guest Services booth to make accommodations and our medical staff will assist you.
